Our Rates are based on the time it takes to do a thorough cleaning of your home and offices. Our rates are also based on square footage and the number of bathrooms in the home. We additionally clean Balconies and Basements upon request at an additional price . We offer first time initial cleanings. After our services are complete we provide a personalized quote for recurring services for weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings that is appropriate for you. The first cleaning and move in/out service is based on a hourly rate of $60 per hour for one crew or two crew cleaners. We customize our rates at the end of the first cleaning to accommodate all
​your family's needs and special requests.

LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $15 LATE FEE!
